Deficiency Free

We are excited to announce that both Generations Senior Living of Berea & Strongsville have received 100% deficiency-free scores on the most recent state inspections conducted by the Ohio Department of Health. This demonstrates that services provided at our communities meet or exceed all state standards.

In Ohio, assisted living communities are licensed by the state as residential care communities. In order to maintain this license in good standing, the Ohio Department of Health conducts annual unannounced surveys to ensure communities are compliant with established state laws and rules. The regulations cover many different aspects of resident life including the physical environment, quality of nursing and personal care services, dining and nutrition, as well as resident rights.

Our inspection results demonstrate our ongoing commitment to ensure that all care and services provided are tailored to meet your changing needs. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your stay with us is the best it can be, always enhancing your independence and life choices.

We invite you to schedule a visit and luncheon of our communities, contact Kristen Kessler at the Strongsville location at kristen@generationshcm.com or call (440) 238-3600 or Amanda Champa at the Berea location at amanda@generationshcm.com or call (440) 243-9050.
