Melissa is a graduate of Independence High School and spent 25 years in the financial industry as a bank teller and teller coordinator before coming to Generations as lead receptionist. Her longtime experience and customer service skills with the bank earned her many awards, and she brought that dedication to being a team player to her time with Generations.
“I always enjoy going to work to be with people and I hope to put a smile on their face,” Melissa said. She also brings that spirit and passion to her volunteer work; some of the beneficiaries of her time and energy include Berea Animal Shelter, the Food Bank, and Berea Guildstone.
Outside of work, Melissa enjoys life as a newlywed, having recently married her husband, Richard. They spend their free time visiting their home-away-from-home in Port Clinton, where they enjoy taking their boat out on the lake. Melissa also loves bike riding through one of the area’s Metroparks and riding bikes with her mom.
