Kim Bolen, RN Director of Nursing, Generations Senior Living of Strongsville

With her RN from Sinclair Community College in Dayton, Ohio, Kim brings more than 20 years of nursing experience to Generations Strongsville. She began her nursing career as a state-tested nursing assistant, and has spent most of her career working in skilled nursing facilities. She’s also worked on clinical reimbursement and improvement of clinical outcomes.

“I love being a nurse and spending time with residents,” Kim said. “I always try to make them smile and assist them in any way I can.”

Outside of her role as Director of Nursing at Generations, Kim’s interests include traveling and spending time with her family.
