Regional Marketing Director

Kimberly graduated with her bachelor’s degree from The University of Akron.  She brings twenty-one years of sales and marketing experience to her role as Regional Marketing Director.  As the Regional Marketing Director she is responsible for all marketing, public relations and census development for Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing and Hospice services. She develops community awareness through outreach, expanding referral sources and relationship building. Kimberly has literally grown up in the healthcare industry, as her mother spent forty-five years of her career in nursing and hospital administration. Kimberly’s career in healthcare started when she was the Community Relations Director for an Assisted Living and Memory Care community.  In this position, she planned all the marketing and sales efforts by expanding referral source base to positively impact census. These experiences helped her grow into her current regional position.

In addition to her work with Generations, Kimberly has been involved in Healthcare Associations. Kimberly currently serves on the Westside Healthcare Organizations Board of Directors. Throughout her career she has won multiple awards in healthcare marketing, including the Cleveland Clinic’s Community Development Award (2010), and the Positive Impressions Award (2011).

Kimberly appreciates the ability to be able to combine her work and passion. “I absolutely love my job!” she says. “I have the luxury of working at our corporate office as well as at our two Assisted Living Communities with our amazing directors. I could not work for a more genuine family who is so supportive of its residents and employees! At Generations, you have the ability to work hand and hand with the owners, all of whom ask and value your opinion.

In her free time, she loves being active with her family at sporting events, snow skiing and traveling. She values her time with her husband her two children and the family dog a 4 lb. Chihuahua Charlie. In between being on the go with her family, she finds time to give back to others which is a passion of Kimberly’s, was appointed to the Stand Up for Downs Board of Directors which “Enhances the lives of individuals with Down Syndrome”.
