Anne greets everyone with a warm heart and brings a passion for adding joy to everyone’s day upon entrance to Crystal Waters. She has over ten years of experience providing compassionate care to seniors in dining services and as an STNA.
Anne is responsible for managing front office reception, including greeting guests and answering phones. She takes her job of ensuring first impressions to heart. Anne maintains continuity among departments by documenting and communicating actions, facilitating work order requests, and making certain to provide administrative support to the Crystal Waters' leadership team handling inter-office correspondence with staff, residents and families.
Anne enjoys working at Crystal Waters because every day is a reward. “I love to get to my desk at Crystal Waters, I know that something good is going to happen and I will also get the chance to do a little something to pay it forward. It’s a pleasure to learn the history of each resident and to know that the Robert Coury family will continuously strive to support a fantastic environment for our residents and my co-workers.”
Outside of her work at Crystal Waters, Anne looks forward to outside activities. She loves to bike ride, swim and play tennis. She is one of ten children and has eighteen nieces and nephews whom lovingly refer to her as Annie the Nanny proving her pleasant demeanor for providing excellent care spans all ages.
